Stayed for a night as part of a group trip, and I was pleased with the convenience of parking right outside our room. The space was clean and warm, and the beds were quite decent. I appreciated the breakfast grab-and-go options, especially the muffins and yogurt. The coffee machine in the foyer was a great touch, offering various beverages any time we wanted.

It's lovely base for sightseeing and exploring Gananoque. The location is decent, 1 km from Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands. There is a good restaurant. Every time in Gananoque we stay in this hotel.

favourable central location, not far from restaurant, the gananoque 1000 islands visitor center and the cruises, and town centre, restaurants and bars. also, close to all stores.

The accommodation was simple with very courteous staff. The continental breakfast had a lot of food. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The location was central, right by the stores as well as excellent restaurants and the 1000 Island tour...
The bathroom was dirty.

Not the Best Experience, But Potential!
We encountered significant maintenance issues , including broken ice machines and a closed pool. The staff tried their best to assist, but improvements are needed. The continental breakfast did offer a decent variety despite the challenges.

The reasons I'm conflicted
Comfortable beds and large rooms with efficient AC. The pool was a great feature, attracting many guests.
The cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the bathroom where some areas needed attention.
